Cookies
DraftBloom sets cookies for exactly two reasons: to keep you signed in, and to remember whether you chose the dark or the light theme (two small cookies for that one choice). Both are strictly necessary for the site to work as you asked it to, which is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing optional to consent to. We set no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies.

01The cookies we set
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
sb-*-auth-token (and chunks .0, .1) | Supabase Auth, on draftbloom.com | Your session: proves to our servers that it is you. Without it every page would ask you to sign in again. | Until you sign out; refreshed while you use the site |
sb-*-auth-token-code-verifier | Supabase Auth | Half of the sign-in handshake with Google or Apple, or a magic link. Exists only while a sign-in is in progress. | Minutes |
db-theme | DraftBloom | Whether you chose dark, light or system, so the page paints in the right colours before it loads. Set only when you press one of the theme buttons. | One year |
db-theme-at | DraftBloom | When you made that choice on this browser, so a choice saved to your account from another machine does not overwrite a newer one here. | One year |
02What we do not set
- No advertising or retargeting cookies. We run no ads and buy no ads that follow you.
- No analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any product that profiles visitors.
- No third-party cookies on our pages. Stripe sets its own on checkout.stripe.com when you pay there; that page is theirs and its cookie notice applies.
03Local storage
The application may keep small per-browser conveniences in your browser’s local storage — an unsent draft of a form, which tab was open. These never leave your browser, are not cookies, and are not read by us.
04Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser’s settings. Blocking the session cookie means you cannot stay signed in; blocking db-theme means the site follows your system theme instead. Because we set nothing optional, there is no in-site cookie setting to change.
05More
What we store about you and why is in the privacy notice. Questions about cookies go to privacy@draftbloom.com.
