Help with the product or your account
Tell us the book (its title is enough), the page you were on, and what you expected to happen. If a proposal was wrong in an interesting way, the “What the AI saw” panel under it is the most useful thing you can paste.
- billing@draftbloom.com
Charges, invoices, plan changes
Plan changes and cancellation are on your account page under Manage billing. For anything else, include the email on the account and the date of the charge.
- privacy@draftbloom.com
Your data — export, correction, deletion, rights requests
Write from the address on the account. Most of it you can do yourself on the account page; see the privacy notice.
- security@draftbloom.com
A vulnerability or a security concern
Email it here before publishing it anywhere. We read these first and will credit you if you want us to.
- legal@draftbloom.com
Copyright notices, trademark, legal correspondence
The copyright page says what a notice needs. Serving papers by email is accepted at this address.
- hello@draftbloom.com
Everything else — press, partnerships, a feature you wish existed
A person reads it. Usually within one working day.
01Before you write
The FAQ answers the questions we get most; the cancellation page, privacy notice and copyright page cover the rest in detail. There is no phone line and no chat widget — email is the whole of it, and it is answered by someone who works on the product.
